RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting of new clients in supported global regions
- Procure information to correctly qualify clients
- Set meetings with decision makers
- Properly document activities and action plans in Netsuite
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Has an excellent track record of meeting KPIs
- Has exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable with communicating with different levels of management
- Knowledgeable of IT infrastructure – hardware, software, storage is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Outbound Sales and knowledgeable in B2B Sales/ buying process.
- Excellent in Phone Prospecting to arrange meetings with new business clients
- Must have an excellent oral and written English Communication skills, customer service and telemarketing
- Applicants who can speak other languages, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu, Indo will have an advantage but NOT strictly required
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and NetSuite is an advantage.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Position Overview
Due to TRT's recent organic expansion TRT is looking for a group of business development
managers who have a proven track record as successful front liner sales professional who have
identified and closed new end user IT Services business for their previous employers. While
the position in this Job Advert is in our Bonifacio Global City, Philippines Office, there are
business development positions that can be applied for in these other locations.

- Sydney / Melbourne, Australia
- Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
- Hong Kong, China
The TRT Business Development Manager works with their assigned Outbound
prospecting teams to arrange new business meetings, where the BDM will attend to :
- Generate Interest
- Analyze Needs
- Qualify Budget and timings
- Handle Objections
- Close Business
This is in order to meet the monthly and annual contact, forecasting and sales revenue targets.
Key Deliverables:
Business Development
On a monthly and quarterly basis, the BDM is to achieve the following sales and forecasting
targets.
- Achieve monthly forecasting target (3 times of monthly sales target)
- Achieve quarterly sales target
Internal Meetings
The BDM is required to make all of these meetings to assist with developing of further business.
- Attend Weekly Sales Meetings (Monday)
- Attend Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with the Chief Business Development Officer to discuss new business opportunities
Data Integrity – Internal CRM
The BDM is to maintain full accuracy of the CRM records assigned to that BDM in Netsuite.
- 100% accuracy in all contact information
- Full accuracy of all scheduled prospecting and sales activity
Sales/ Technical Certification Matrix
Technical Certifications are preferred but definitely not mandatory as TRT has regional
reputation for converting non-IT sales professionals into world class new business IT "Hunters"
and "Farmers" through our ISO 9001 Certified Sales training and development systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Computer
Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience.
- Must have an excellent oral and written English Communication skills
