In 1995, R. Lapid's innovated and standardized the system of processing chicharon. It is the first to introduce cooking of chicharon in front of customers inside big establishments such as SM Supermalls, Robinson's Malls, Landmark Supermarket, to name a few. It is also the first Chicharon manufacturer to use imported pork skin raw materials from U.S.A., Europe, Canada, and Korea.

A professional dog grooming salon is currently looking for qualified applicants to fill-in the following positions:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Cashier/Customer Service Representative (CSR) is contributory to the achievement of the brand's value for excellent customer service. She is expected to be very knowledgeable about the brand and its products, services, and core values and must be ready to be educated about various dog breeds and characters.

  • Female
  • 20-28 years of age
  • College level / College Grad
  • At least 1 year working experience, preferably in the same position
  • Must have interest in dogs, cats and pets in general
  • A multi-tasker and can work with less supervision
  • Sales-driven, enthusiastic and with keen attention to details
  • Must have value for excellence in all aspects
  • Must be willing to work for extended hours/holidays/weekends
  • Willing to be trained in Davao City for one week and be assigned in Quezon City.


DOG GROOMER

Dog grooming refers to hygienic care/cleaning of a dog, as well as a process by which a dog's physical appearance is enhanced for showing or other types of competition. The dog grooming process involves brushing and cutting the fur, clipping nails, cleaning ears, bathing, drying and finally styling the fur. Groomers may also be responsible for sanitizing combs and shears and reporting issues or assessments to pet owners.

  • At least High school graduate
  • Male/Female
  • At least 20-40 years of age
  • At least has 1 year work experience
  • Willing to be trained by our groomer for at least 2 months in Davao City
  • Dog/Cat lover ready to handle hyperactive and aggressive dogs/cats during the course of the training
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company, where its key thrust involves recruiting and staffing; organizational & space planning; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; Compensation and Benefits Administration; employee safety and welfare; Employee Relations; employee orientation, development and training, policy development and documentation; Labor Relations.

  • Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably Human Resource Management, AB/BS psychology, Political Science or any related courses.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years work-related experience in fast moving Consumer Goods or Food Industry.
  • Proficient in all facets of HR Functions.
  • Sound Application and Administering of disciplinary action and twin requirements for due process and erring employees.
  • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently.

QUALITY CONTROL STAFF

Qualifications:

Involve in the operations of the Quality Assurance Department with key thrust on product development, maintaining food safety and overseeing the quality performance.

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry or any food -related technical courses.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years work-related experience in a food industry.
  • Must be analytic and can perform work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles, programs and practices and food manufacturing Operations.
  • Has the skills and ability to develop and execute Quality Control/Assurance Programs such as GMP, HACCP, SSOP, FSMS

COST ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualifications:

Plans and constructs manufacturing cost reports and analysis of variance between budgeted cost and actual cost. Monitors Cost Trends and pricing study for all products.

  • Preferrably Female.
  • Graduate of Acountancy or any related courses.
  • With at least 2 years experience in Cost Accounting.
  • With good health condition.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Applicant must be willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City.


AUDIT STAFF

Qualifications:

Make sure that the books and statements follow the generally accepted accounting principles and are free from errors.

  • Must be a graduate of Accountancy.
  • Must have at least 2 - 3 years work-related experience in a food industry.
  • Must be analytic and can perform work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • With pleasing personality and in good health condition.
  • Possess an extra-ordinary people management and inter relations skills.
  • Has the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Knowledge involving routine calculation, posting and verification of financial data depending on area of assignment.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Willing to work in Valenzuela City.


AREA SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Over-seeing the entire operations of the store assigned at his /her area; where it's key thrust involves Store Operations, Administration, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources Management, Logistics and Warehousing Management, Finance and Accounting.

  • Male or Female.
  • Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably Management, Commerce or any related courses.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years work-related experience preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods or food industry on which 1 year is in a supervisory level/capacity.
  • Must be analytical and can perform work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • With good health condition.
  • Must be a result-driven individual and able to "think outside of the box".
  • Possess an extra-ordinaire people management and inter-relation skills.
  • Has exceptional leadership qualities.

SAFETY & SECURITY OFFICER

Qualifications:

Carry out inspections and/or investigations for the purpose of regulating, controlling and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

  • Can be a graduate of BS Nursing or equivalent
  • With at least 2-3 years working experience in same field and industry
  • Must be BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) trained

Qualifications:

SERVICE CREW

Qualifications:

  • Responsible in the proper implementation of company policies and regulations in the outlet.
  • Recording of attendance (The official time in & time out together with the wearing of complete uniforms)
  • Assure that there's always complete stocks and supplies for store's daily operation.
  • Acceptance of delivery.
  • Handling, storage and monitoring of stocks.
  • Handling and securing the store cash sales
  • Conduct stocks inventory.
  • Responsible in cooking operation and monitoring of produt quality.
  • Upholds highest standards of cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
  • Responsible for being friendly and efficient in offering a pleasant experience to the customer.
