Requirements:
- GRADUATE of any 2-year or 4-year course
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Fast learner
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to work at night
- Position will provide exceptional customer service to US-based customers through inbound or outbound calls
QUALITY ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Control of day's calls handled
- Document observations and provide feedback to improve areas of opportunity
- Maintain the agreed level of quality in client operations
- Continuously provide information, analysis and trends to the Team Leaders and Account Manager for meeting client's expectation
Requirements:
- College Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year Quality Analyst experience in a Call Center, handling a US Healthcare Insurance account
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Keen attention to details
- Objectivity is a must
- Willing to work at night
