On August 15, 1986, Lakpue Drug, Inc (LDI) was born, with sole on focus marketing swine medicines. "Lakpue", the Chinese term for the number "68" is the company's trade name submitted and registered to SEC. Lakpue is Enrique Y. Castillo's (EYC) childhood nickname, given to him by his family in honor of his grandfather who was aged 68 at the time when he was born. With a strong vision and focus, Mr. Enrique Y. Castillo together with his brother Arsenio and Dr. Jose Jesus Trinidad launched four flagship products in the local market namely: Laktamino, Tylak, Trisullak and Laksovit. LDI's introduction of these products was an overwhelming success in the market. Using sheer expertise and impeccable business acumen, LDI revolutionized the gamefowl industry in the country in 1989 and later on branched out to include the distribution and marketing of swine and other veterinary medicines as well as galenicals. |
VETERINARY SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Veterinary or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for properly promote company products.
- Responsible for opening new customer coordination with dealers for total saturation.
- Prepares contract proposals up to fulfillment of the terms and condition indicated therein.
- Conducts sales orientation amongst customer/clients for the product promotion.
- Conducts seminars, farm visits, cockpit promos, poultry supply lobbying, postering and other activities related to technical dissemination.
- Ensures that seminars are well organized to obtain satisfactory audience attendance.
- Monitors competitor promotional activities in order to adjust accordingly company’s promotional efforts.
- Monitors product defects, complaints and coordinates with the technical department for actions deemed fit.
MEDIA / BRAND ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Brand & Marketing with the activities
- Coordinates the production of a wide range of marketing communication
- Writing articles and promotional material for the company
- Prepares Seasonal Production forecast
- Responsible for creative thinking strategies to ensure that each segments target audiences as effectively as posible
- Apply knowledge of media and communication platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums for building awareness of a brand
- Prepares technical product manual
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mass Communications, Marketing, Veterinary or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Knowledge of traditional marketing and social media environments
- Experience working in a PR or advertising agency (involvement in promotions, PR or advertising is a plus)
- Understanding of various communication channels and how they work (print and broadcast media, social media, media relations)
- Experience working in a multi-task environment
- With pleasant personality
- Willing to do field works
- Fast, versatile and responsible
