KASAMAKA CBR Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organisation implementing Community-based Rehabilitation (CBR) projects in urban communities in Luzon. It is currently operating in the following areas: MetroManila, and Bataan. It works in partnership with disabled people, their families and communities in the delivery of rehabilitation services and community organisation for empowerment.

For its expansion to communities in Manila nearby region it is in the process of hiring additional worker/staff.

CBR FACILITATOR

The post holder will be responsible for the direct implementation of a programme that will develop and train participants and partners as effective service deliverers for community-based rehabilitation. A two-year contract is being offered. Post holder can be based in NCR and other nearby provinces.

We are looking for applicants with the following competencies:

For Programme staff for Community Organization

• At least 2 years experience in community organising
• Knowledge in disability sector
• Graduate of Social Work, preferably licensed.
• Computer literate (Word and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
