Urgently need the following:
ADMINISTRATIVE AND PERSONNEL OFFICER
PDAP needs the services of an Admin and Personnel Officer
who will carry out the organization’s administrative and personnel
functions.
Qualifications:
- Highly knowledgeable and skilled in administrative functions and services
- Working knowledge on the current practices and tools used in human resources management and development, e.g. recruitment, compensation and benefits planning and administration, staff training, career development, performance management, and organizational communications.
- Experienced in administering results-based performance management system
- Possess knowledge, analyzes and/or interprets Philippine Labor Laws, regulations and policies on human resources management that ensures integration and policies on human resources management that ensures integration in the organization’s operation as appropriate
- Capable in handling conflict management and team building interventions
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication and can relate well to people from varied backgrounds and in different situations
- Strong supervisory experience in a related field equivalent to 5 years preferably in a social development organization setting
- Graduate of a course related to Human Resources Management and/or equivalent experience
