Andrew L. Gotianun founded FILINVEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION in 1955 as an investment house before it ventured into real estate in 1967. To date, it stands as one of the most reputable and experienced names in the real estate industry.

FILINVEST ALABANG, INC., is the commericial development arm of FDC in charge of the development of Filinvest Corporate City (FCC), the city of the new century. After its launch in 1997, FCC is now a city fast rising, complete with the core components found in a major urban center.
